Click on "REQUIRED PAPERWORK" to view all documents, everything MUST be filled out and sent/turned in back to us 48 hours before your arrival time! 

Vaccinations are REQUIRED upon arrival. Hound Haus requires your dog(s) to have the following vaccines:

-1 year Rabies 

-1 year DHPP

-6 months Bordetella (kennel cough) 

Please prepackage your dogs food in a ziplock bag and provide a serving size measuring cup so we know how much to serve.

You are welcome to bring any bedding and/or toys from your home!
